Abstract In consideration of the abundant moisture limonitic nickel laterite mined, it is essential to determine whether self-possessed after pre-dried appropriate for sintering. Thus, based on characterization laterite, influence its sintering performance was expounded by sinter pot tests and relevant mechanism revealed systematical analyses granulation properties mixture, thermodynamic conditions during mineralogy product sinter.
